Available 30 hours* before your flight, online check-in enables you to confirm your presence for your flight and choose your seat. Check-in is complete when you receive your boarding pass, which you need to board your flight! Once you arrive at the airport, you simply need to leave your baggage at the baggage counter.
* 24 hours before flights to the following cities in the United States: Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, New York-Newark, Philadelphia.
With automatic check-in, you no longer need to check in! You automatically receive your boarding pass by e-mail or on your mobile phone.
What is automatic check-in?
Automatic check-in is a useful service that helps you save time: you automatically receive your boarding pass 30 hours before departure. No need to check in!

- on long-haul flights, with the exception of flights to and from countries that require information concerning passengers.

How does it work?
When booking online, you simply indicate your seat preference and whether you prefer to receive your boarding pass by e-mail or on your mobile phone. You will then automatically receive your boarding pass 30 hours before your flight.
If you choose to receive your boarding pass by e-mail, do not forget to print your boarding pass at home or at the airport using a Self-Service Kiosk.

If you forget your mobile phone or delete the barcode by mistake, you can print your boarding pass using a Self-Service Kiosk.
Please note:
- If you are traveling in the Voyageur cabin, you receive this service automatically.
- If you are traveling in the Premium cabin, you decide whether or not to use automatic check-in.
- If your return flight departs within 18 hours of your arrival, you will receive your departure and return boarding passes in the same e-mail.
- When using your mobile phone , you can only receive your own boarding passes. If you booked tickets for other passengers, please choose to receive your boarding passes by e-mail. All boarding passes will then be sent to the e-mail address provided during booking.

Once you have received the check-in confirmation e-mail, you can log in to your Online Check-In space to:
- change your seat,
- purchase additional baggage allowance at a discounted rate (20% less than the airport rate),
- cancel your check-in in just a few clicks, if you can no longer take your flight.
Arriving at the airport
Drop off your baggage at the "Baggage drop-off" counter before your flight´s Check-In Deadline. If you are traveling without baggage, proceed directly to your boarding gate before the Boarding Deadline (last call) indicated on your boarding pass.
Please note: if you do not present yourself before the Boarding Deadline, your seat is no longer guaranteed.
